2. WATER INTAKE

Make sure that you drink plenty of water because this can make you feel fill. Through this, you won't be encouraged to think you are hungry. If you are hungry and you are caring for soft-drinks or fruit juices, you must watch-out and get the ones with the lowest CALORIE COUNT.

3. EAT BEFORE GOING-OUT

Before you go to the super market or go to the malls, make sure that you have eaten at home. This way, you won't feel the urge to buy everything that you see that appears delicious. You will feel the opposite if you will go shopping with an empty stomach. It is unhealthy to go by the day without eating anything. This will only make you feel tired and you will lack the kind of energy that you need in order to function well at work and perform the kinds of activities that you need to get done.
